Let’s talk about what a steward is. A steward is the one who has been entrusted to manage the property that belongs to someone else. Notice that the steward himself doesn’t own the property: he’s simply responsible and accountable for its management and upkeep. In the Kingdom your money belongs to God because he is the owner and the source of it. However he has entrusted you to be a good manager of it. The better you manage it the more He will entrust to you. Don’t ask God for a million dollars when you can’t manage 100. Stayed tuned…

What I want the most is for this to not be about me. But rather the focus be placed on Jesus Christ; the author and finisher of our faith. I am just a vessel willing to be used by him and for him.

Yes! The word teaches that we need to be good managers of every dollar we have. Be it giving or paying our obligations on time!
