Title: Heal My Land

Scripture: II Chronicles 7:14

Notes:

Our land and our domain needs and requires healing. The term “land” here represents any and everything that God has given us authority and influence over. Under God and in the Kingdom, there is no lack. That includes lack of healing. But God says if his people…. We are his people. He is not addressing those that are unsaved. He is not addressing habitual sinners or those who deny God. He is talking to the church here; those that are called by His name. He is asking that we release the spirit of pride and humble ourselves. Pride can be a deadly spiritual condition. It causes us to miss God in a lot of situations.

But if we humble ourselves seek his face and turn from our wicked ways, he will heal that which He has given us dominion over. This will cause us to willfully want to worship God. And in this humbling, He will draw all men unto himself. This requires an effort on our part and we cannot do it apart from God. We must learn to prioritize what we do and what we think about. It is the Kingdom that should always be first in our lives!
